“Mission Hot Mama was born right after my baby girl Siena was born in 2010. I went to the Doctor when she was 6 weeks old and the Doctor asked how I was doing? I started crying. No one had asked how I was, it was always about the baby (or I made it about the baby). I had this beautiful baby sitting in my lap but I had focused all my energy on her and had forgotten to focus on keeping myself up to date.

I had to go back to work and be on TV again. I didn’t know how to focus on me and get me back to a place I felt “hot”. My online community immediately rallied with encouragement… it meant the world.

Now I want to have a place for that community to help others. Mission Hot Mama is a place where we can all help each other know it’s ok to spend some time on you and that you will be happier with your baby if you’re feeling amazing.
